The vendor for our reading lists recommends using Firefox or Chrome to access content.
Mac Users - Safari
Please note: as of Safari 13.1, third party cookies are blocked by default.
- Open Safari Preferences > Privacy
- Uncheck the "Block all cookies" box, if checked
- If adjusting that setting doesn't work, try disabling the "Prevent cross-site tracking" option
Chrome
- Open Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data
- Make sure you're not blocking third-party cookies
- If adjusting that setting doesn't work, try disabling the "Send a "Do Not Track" request with your browsing traffic" option
Firefox
- Open Options > Privacy & Security > Enhanced Tracking Protection
- Choose Custom and make sure the "Cookies" box is unchecked
- If adjusting that setting doesn't work, try unchecking the "Tracking Content" box
iOS 14.3
- Open Settings > Safari
- Make sure "Block All Cookies" is disabled
- If adjusting that setting doesn't work, try disabling the "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" option
After you make settings adjustments, you'll want to close your browser and reopen it before you attempt to access content in Library Reading Lists.
