Add Owners and Collaborators

You can add anyone with Purdue credentials to help manage your reading lists. You can add them as an owner or a collaborator. You can add them and easily switch their permissions after adding them.

The difference between owners and collaborators:

Owners Collaborators
Can manage list Can edit list
  • Add, edit, and remove resources and sections
  • Add and remove collaborators
  • Delete a list
  • Duplicate a list
  • add, edit and remove resources and sections

To add someone to help manage or edit the reading lists you will want to click List Info at the top of the screen

You can see the manage collaborators gear icon and you can click that

You can then add anyone with Purdue credentials and choose if they want to be an owner or a collaborator.
