In this workshop, I will try to introduce Julia to you to get started on your Julia coding. I will try to cover the following topics: what is Julia and who should consider using Julia, some basic concepts and grammars to get started with Julia coding. I'll also give (very basic) toy examples on how to use Julia to conduct benchmark and parallel computing.
