You can search for conference papers in ERIC by doing an Advance Search and scrolling down in the limiter to Publication Type and choose "Collected Works -- Proceedings"
You can limit a search in PsycINFO to conference proceedings by using the Advance Search and scrolling down to the section called "Book Type" and choosing "Conference Proceedings"
