What is Web Accessibility? 

Accessibility is concerned with preventing discrimination by providing an equivalent experience for people with disabilities. W3C also states that “Web accessibility means that websites, tools, and technologies are designed and developed so that people with disabilities can use them,” and more specifically “perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with the web.”
