Provides guidelines on the print process, steps to prep your sticker file, and how to request a print time.

Need to Know Info

Before you get started, keep in mind the following:

  • In order to use the sticker printer, you must schedule a print time and submit your design for approval in advance. Walk-in printing is not available.
  • Sticker printing time varies by design/type.
    • If you are printing 12 inches of material or less, 30 minutes may be sufficient.
    • If you are printing more than 12 inches of material, we recommend requesting 60 minutes.
    • If you are printing more than 24 inches of material, we recommend requesting 90 minutes.

The Print Process

  1. Design your sticker using whatever platform you are most comfortable with (Adobe Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
  2. Follow the prep your file instructions using Adobe Illustrator to make sure your document is ready for submission.
  3. Schedule a print time/submit your file for review.
    • If your submission is accepted, your request print time will be approved.
    • If your submission is denied, you'll be asked to set up a consultation with Knowledge Lab staff to set up your document for printing.
