Dr. Jillian Carr is an Assistant Professor of Economics in the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University. Her current research is on the economics of crime, poverty, and law and economics. She has spent the last few years thinking about how nutritional assistance (SNAP program) implementation impacts the lives of recipients and how the current U.S. legal system serves different groups.
