A storage guide that contains content that can be reused on other guides to maintain consistency across Purdue Libraries public LibGuides collection.

Instructions for Reusing Individual Location Google Maps Widgets

From the guide you want the content to appear on:

  1. Click  Add / Reorder button.
  2. Select Media / Widget from the drop-down. 
  3. Click on the Reuse Existing Widget tab from the pop-up window.
  4. Type in the name of the widget you'd like to reuse.
    1. Note: General search terms will pull up the widgets so a search for "Google Map" should bring up all of the options you see below.
  5. Select the widget you'd like to reuse.
    1. Note: You should only be reusing content that has a Location of "Storage Guide/Reusable Content Library" OR content that you own.
  6. Click Save.
