  • Provides location of print resources
  • Request books for delivery or pickup
  • Gain access to e-books

To learn how to request books using the Purdue Library Catalog, see the video tutorial, "How to Request Materials Online".

WorldCat can be used to find books held by libraries other than Purdue University Libraries. OCLC WorldCat database is the OCLC online catalog. It contains over 43 million records describing library holdings.

Interlibrary Loan (ILL)

Interlibrary Loan enables current Purdue West Lafayette students, faculty, and staff to obtain research materials not owned by Purdue Libraries. This includes books, as well as other materials like articles, book chapters, DVDs, microfilm, sheet music, etc.
