Data on the diagnosis, prevalence, and mortality related to COVID-19 (Sars-Cov-19 infections) are scattered in a number of locations across both widely known and lesser known resources. This libGuide collocates those data sets into one site for ease of location and download.

Raw Data Aggregators

Master COVID19 Data Repository-JHU
Includes time series and situation reports. Aggregated data from the WHO, CDC, ECDC, NHC, DXY, 1point3acres, Worldometers.info, RNO, state and noational health departments, and local media reports. Aggregated by Johns Hopkins University Center for Systems Science and Engineering.
New York Times State and County Level Data
Aggregated from health departments at state and county level since January 2020

Testing Data

The COVID Tracking Project
*A data journalism project* The COVID Tracking Project collects information from 50 US states, the District of Columbia, and 5 other US territories to provide the most comprehensive testing data we can collect for the novel coronavirus, SARS-COV-2. We attempt to include positive and negative results, pending tests, and total people tested for each state or district currently reporting that data.
