Introduction

Purdue University Libraries have many government documents on food regulations and safety as a federal depository library. Print versions of many of these resources can be found in the Humanities, Social Science, and Education Library (HSSE), although many of these resources are also available online.

You can search for books using Library of Congress Subject Headings (LCSH) searches in the Purdue Libraries online catalog. Sample terms you can use for such searches include:

Most recently published U.S. Government documents are accessible through the Libraries online catalog. Government publications from 1994-present can be accessed through the U.S. Government Printing Office's Catalog of Government Publications.
