FSTA (Food Sciences & Technology Abstracts)   https://go.lib.purdue.edu/db/fsta
FSTA contains abstracts of the worldwide literature of food science, food technology, and food-related human nutrition. Topics covered include every aspect of the food chain such as biotechnology, food safety, food science, functional and novel foods, additives, nutrition and packaging.

PubMed provides access to citations from biomedical literature, including many topics relevant to food science (e.g., microbiology, food packaging, food preservation.)
