3D Printing: Theta 360 Cameras

This guide will assist patrons who plan to use the 3D printing available in the Wilmeth Active Learning Center (WALC).

How can I borrow a camera?

You can borrow a Theta for one week at a time.

  • 2 Thetas available for loan.
  • 2 Theta Vs available for loan

Where can I borrow a camera?

You can borrow a Theta from the Library of Engineering & Science located in the WALC. Go to the Reference Desk located on the 2nd floor, & make sure you bring your PUID!

Theta 360 Camera - capture stunning 360 degree images!

Software & Apps

RICOH THETA Software - This Mac and Windows compatible software will allow you to view your spherical images in they're entirety and upload them to social media. (If your images are uploaded to theta360.com they will be viewable by everyone.)

Theta 360 App - this app allows you to use your smartphone as a remote control for the Theta as well as viewing your spherical images.
