Pipeline & Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (Transportation Dept. agency responsible for protecting people and the environment from hazardous materials transportation.)  See Canadian Broadcasting Corporation STORY on July 5, 2013 Lac Megantic, Quebec train wreck killing 47 people. Transport Canada investigation of this tragedy which occurred about 22 miles from Maine border.)
